Delivery Times

  • •GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3-5 business days
  • •Middle East & North Africa: 5-10 business days
  • •International (Europe, Asia, Americas, Australia): 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing, local holidays, and destination country. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

  • •UAE: 15 AED flat rate (FREE on orders over 100 AED)
  • •GCC Countries: 25 AED flat rate (FREE on orders over 150 AED)
  • •International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website and checking your order history.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information about potential charges.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our EMF protection chips. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • •Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • •Unused and in original packaging
  • •Adhesive backing still intact (chip not applied to a device)
  • •Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. 2.We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions
  3. 3.Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. 4.Ship the item back to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

  • •Defective or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement immediately
  • •Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • •UAE Returns: We can arrange pickup for a flat fee of 20 AED

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different EMF chip (for example, exchanging a Phone Chip for a Laptop Chip), please contact us at [email protected]. We'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you (within the UAE).

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you, and you won't need to return the defective item unless we request it for quality control purposes.
